With over 15 years experience in the higher education field, Dr. Legatt has been privileged to support and assist thousands of students and their families with crafting a college application that stands out from the crowd and gets them accepted into the school of their dreams.
She’s often asked to weigh in on events and their impact on the colleges, universities, and applicants. Dr. Legatt was even recognized by the NY Times as a trustworthy source on college admissions. Helping students achieve their dreams has been a passion of hers for most of her adult life.

Dr. Pamela, Consultant
.Dr. Pamela’s career spans a variety of roles in admissions and higher education at several institutions, including Stanford University and Harvard University. At Stanford, she was a former member of the Admissions Committee for both Undergraduate, and high school summer programs, including Pre-Collegiate Studies and High School Summer College since 2013.
Pam obtained her BA at Harvard (where she worked in Undergraduate Admissions), M.S at Georgetown and PhD in Neuroscience at Stanford. She also completed her Postdoctoral work in the Dept of Anesthesia and Pain Management at Stanford and taught as Clinical Faculty in the Dept of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. She has been teaching and mentoring high school students for the past decade in various capacities both in the lab and classroom, and has served as a private consultant for the past several years.
She has also served on the Admissions Committee interviewing medical students for Stanford Medical School and PsyD programs for the Dept of Psychiatry at Stanford.

Joseph, Consultant
 A seasoned leader, executive, strategist, administrator, teacher, counselor, adviser and consultant with over 35 years of experience in higher education, consulting, and the non-profit sector. Deep expertise in strategy, leadership, JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion), global education, service learning and civic engagement at local, regional, and international levels.
Joseph spent 31 years at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Penn Engineering’s vice dean for Academic Affairs, Wharton School’s director of Undergraduate Academic Affairs, and the School of Arts and Sciences’ assistant dean. He also held leadership roles in the University Life Division, including Residential Services. At Penn and beyond, he’s taught courses in appropriate technology and development, information and communications technology, social research methods, race and ethnic studies, Asian American studies, Chinese rural development, responsible conduct in research, and leadership.
Joseph has an in-depth working knowledge of highly complex educational institutions. He also brings extensive global program development experience, having represented educational institutions in academic, nonprofit, and political arenas.
