Dr. Jodi, Consultant
Jodi has worked in admissions and student services roles throughout the past 15 years. As a college student at the University of California, Davis, she began working in the undergraduate admissions office. She then went on to serve on admissions committees at institutions including The George Washington University and Georgetown University. She earned her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University, her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, and her certificate in College Counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles. Jodi’s favorite part of her work is supporting students throughout their educational journeys.

Dr. Meggan, Consultant
Meggan has been working in higher education for 13 years as an assistant/associate dean, professor, and college admissions consultant. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Amherst College and received a full Benjamin Franklin Scholarship to earn her Ph.D. and M.A. in Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She also obtained an Executive M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
As an assistant/associate dean at Emory University’s College of Arts and Sciences, Meggan collaborated with the Admissions Office to select recipients of 50 full and 25 partial Woodruff scholarships annually. Meggan has worked at other elite colleges and universities, including the University of Pennsylvania, Amherst College, and, presently, the University of Georgia and has served as a college admissions consultant for students globally for four years. Beyond her work with students, Meggan is a sustainer for the Junior League, a Board member of the University of Georgia’s Wilson Center for Humanities, and a past interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania’s Admissions Office.

Dr. Pamela, Consultant
.Dr. Pamela’s career spans a variety of roles in admissions and higher education at several institutions, including Stanford University and Harvard University. At Stanford, she was a former member of the Admissions Committee for both Undergraduate, and high school summer programs, including Pre-Collegiate Studies and High School Summer College since 2013.
Pam obtained her BA at Harvard (where she worked in Undergraduate Admissions), M.S at Georgetown and PhD in Neuroscience at Stanford. She also completed her Postdoctoral work in the Dept of Anesthesia and Pain Management at Stanford and taught as Clinical Faculty in the Dept of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. She has been teaching and mentoring high school students for the past decade in various capacities both in the lab and classroom, and has served as a private consultant for the past several years.
She has also served on the Admissions Committee interviewing medical students for Stanford Medical School and PsyD programs for the Dept of Psychiatry at Stanford.

A seasoned leader, executive, strategist, administrator, teacher, counselor, adviser and consultant with over 35 years of experience in higher education, consulting, and the non-profit sector. Deep expertise in strategy, leadership, JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion), global education, service learning and civic engagement at local, regional, and international levels.
Joseph spent 31 years at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Penn Engineering’s vice dean for Academic Affairs, Wharton School’s director of Undergraduate Academic Affairs, and the School of Arts and Sciences’ assistant dean. He also held leadership roles in the University Life Division, including Residential Services. At Penn and beyond, he’s taught courses in appropriate technology and development, information and communications technology, social research methods, race and ethnic studies, Asian American studies, Chinese rural development, responsible conduct in research, and leadership.
Joseph has an in-depth working knowledge of highly complex educational institutions. He also brings extensive global program development experience, having represented educational institutions in academic, nonprofit, and political arenas.
