Through this program, we will unearth your differentiating X-Factor™ and help you elevate your goals, talents, ambition, and personality.
Dr. Aviva Legatt, Author of Get Real and Get In (St. Martin’s Press), will meet with you for your X-Factor™ Strategy Session that will enhance your understanding of what it takes to “Wow!” the admission committee. You will walk away with a list of colleges and a strategic application plan highlighting your majors, steps to improve your candidacy, and a framework for your narrative direction. You’ll then be directed to work with our team of creative content writers to brainstorm, outline, and edit your essays, all in an 8-week period. By the end of this program, you will have a clear and compelling narrative for your college applications and a personalized plan that sets you up for success.

How does the process work?
How it works:
- Sign up for the College Admissions X-Factor™ Essay Program
- Schedule 15 minute call to gather details of the program and schedule your VIP Strategic X-Factor™ Essay Session with Dr. Legatt
- Submit intake questionnaire(s)
- Meet with Dr. Aviva for VIP Strategic X-Factor™ Essay Session
- Selection of time period (8 weeks, flexible start date)
- Initial review of Common Application
- Presentation of Strategic Plan and introduction of Creative Consultant.
- Hold a Meet and Greet meeting with Client and Creative Consultant (15 min)
- Meet with Creative Consultant for 8 weeks to brainstorm, outline and edit the essays
- Final review of essays
What is included for the essay portion of the progam?
Ivy Insight’s X-Factor™ Essay Service Package
Over a period of 8 weeks, you will meet with your creative consultant remotely once per week to receive guidance on your essay progression. Video conference sessions will last up to one hour, scheduled in conjunction with your creative consultant. Consultants will provide or collaborate with the student to brainstorm, outline and edit all essays.

What is included in the VIP Strategy Session with Dr. Legatt?
The one-time VIP Strategic Session with Dr. Aviva Legatt will be scheduled at your convenience. Prior to the session, we will request the completion of the questionnaire, Common Application credentials, and any essay drafts, if applicable. After the conclusion of the session, a strategic plan will be emailed to you along with other information to move you forward to the essay portion of your package. At the end of your 8 weeks, Dr. Aviva will see to the final review for all essays purchased.
